Cash- United States Currency (USD) Always Welcome! Tax, Title and License is
charged to all Texas Residence and Financed Out of State Deals.
Personal Checks Texas Residence Only- Must have VALID Texas Drivers License. We do not accept-
Limited Term Drivers License, State Issued ID Cards, Temporary Licenses or Pass Port.
No Checks over $10,000 with out prior approval. No Out of State Personal or Business Checks.
Bank Cashiers Checks Must Have Prior Approval. No Credit Card Checks of any kind are accepted.
Company Check- Texas Residence only. Must have a copy of the signer’s VALID Texas Driver’s License
with a second form of identification linking you back to that company.
(Example: Company Credit Card with buyer’s name appearing on card)
Credit/ Debit Cards- do not qualify for the Cash Sale (USD) discount advertised on the website.

Out of State Payments- Cash-in-Person (USD) and Money Wires accepted. Any Other form of payment
or arrangements, must be approved prior to arriving.
Money Wire- Funds must be confirmed in our account prior to release of trailer.
We will not accept buyers bank wire receipt.
Bank Cashier’s Check- In State and Out with proper documentation linking you
back to the bank of issuance. No Third Party Banks. Out-of-State Must Have Prior Approval.
There is a Mandatory 14 Day Hold on All Trailer Titles on Any Check Payment.
Financed Trailers- Do not qualify for cash discounts. Please call for available discounts
offered on the trailer of your choice.
Bank Drafts- We do not draft Out of State Banks.
Bank Drafts are not Considered Cash.
